This is excellent product. Battery life is very good. Sound quality, bass and connectivity are also good. ANC is superb. (8 months used experience)
After using the SoundPEATS Hi-Res Capsule 3 Pro ANC Wireless Earbuds for five months, I’m impressed with many aspects of this product, but also have some concerns. Here's a detailed look into my experience:
Pros:
Design & Aesthetics: The design of these earbuds is nothing short of impressive. The sleek and modern look makes them very attractive, and they stand out with a premium appearance.
2. Battery Life: The battery performance is outstanding. The earbuds deliver the battery life as advertised, which is a significant advantage for those who use them extensively throughout the day.
3. Sound Quality: The sound quality and bass are exceptional. The audio performance is top-notch, providing a rich and immersive listening experience that enhances all types of music.
4. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): The ANC feature works flawlessly, effectively reducing ambient noise and allowing for an undisturbed listening experience.
5. Passthrough Mode: I’m particularly impressed by the passthrough mode, which allows for a seamless transition between noise cancellation and hearing external sounds when needed.
6. Microphone Quality: The mic quality is remarkably good. It performs excellently in both noisy environments and quiet settings, which is a rarity for wireless earbuds and a standout feature of this model. Even when I am whispering the mic captured my voice with impressive clarity
Cons:
1. Connection Issues: One of the earbuds occasionally loses connection for a few seconds at least once an hour. This seems to be a common issue with SoundPEATS products, affecting either one or both earbuds intermittently.
2. Playback Latency: There is noticeable latency in playback, with a delay of about 1 second and up to 1.3 seconds during gaming. Even with Game Mode enabled, there’s still a minor delay of around 0.35 seconds. This latency is more significant compared to other earbuds in the same price range.
3. Comfort: The comfort level is a significant drawback. While the earbuds are comfortable for short periods, prolonged use (over 30 minutes) causes discomfort and pain. Despite trying various ear tips, the issue persists, likely due to the design of the earbuds. This is unusual for me, as I have used many earbud models without experiencing such discomfort.
In summary, the SoundPEATS Hi-Res Capsule 3 Pro ANC Wireless Earbuds offer excellent sound quality, impressive battery life, effective noise cancellation, and an outstanding microphone. However, the connection stability, playback latency, and comfort issues prevent me from giving a full 5-star rating. If these issues are not a dealbreaker for you, these earbuds are still a solid choice for their audio performance and features.

How long does it take for the delivery and what are the charges?
- The standard delivery time of orders in Colombo is within 2 working days. Island-wide delivery will be made within 3-4 working days.
- Delivery charges within Colombo will vary based on location, between Rs 299 and 399. Delivery charges to anywhere outside of Colombo will be between Rs 399 and 599. There will be additional charges for heavy weight items & express deliveries

What is SimplyTek’s return and refund policy?
We accept returns for products within a period of 7 days as long as the packaging and contents of products provided initially are in the same bought condition, and not damaged or opened, including all accessories and any other parts associated with the main product. (i.) Exchanged for any other product of equal value or higher value having paid the difference.

Returns for warranty claims will be accepted for the due course of the warranty period, and upon inspection and decision of the technical team, the product will be replaced if the issue is covered under the warranty. In an instance where you want to upgrade the product, we will consider the period it has been used, and 50% or more of the initial purchase value will be reduced, and the difference will have to be paid to purchase the upgrade.
